Our approach was to develop each building as a versatile shell, equipped with base utilities for future occupancy. This foresight in planning included the installation of essential plumbing and sprinkler systems, allowing flexibility for a variety of potential tenants.

Overcoming Challenges
The IPCO project presented unique challenges, which were skillfully addressed:
Complex Site Topography: The tricky terrain of the site required building up one side of the concrete slab by almost 8 feet, a challenge that was meticulously managed.
Concurrent Public Improvement Project: We successfully coordinated our activities around a separate public improvement project, ensuring uninterrupted progress.
Dual Building Construction: The simultaneous erection of two pre-engineered buildings, each with irregular geometry, demanded exceptional precision and coordination.
Project Timeline and Achievement
This extensive project was completed over a 16-month period, with a successful completion in October 2023.
